Cleaning: The best way to clean customized items is by hand washing, but that’s not always practical, so, if machine washing: Wash inside out, cold water only, gentle cycle, air dry or tumble dry on low heat settings. Do not dry clean.

ORDER ISSUES & ERRORS:

If there is an issue with your order due to a production error or garment flaw, you must notify us within14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace or correct the item at no cost when reported within this timeframe. Due to the custom nature of our products, issues reported after 14 days from delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund. In some cases, a one time courtesy replacement may be offered at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
